Like most other people I love being in shape, but can’t really stand running all the time. I have decided (several times) to run a marathon but never even got close to the 20 km milestone where you actually can say your training for it.. seriously.
As group pressure is know to work I might as well use that to motivate me.. How often do you group pressure yourself? Maybe I’m starting a trend? Anyway.. The group consists of the 5 completely lost people out there on the web getting lost and ending here on my blog. I put a little Nike widget in the right sidebar and fell free to taunt me if I’m running to slow, to short of not running at all.
