I stumped upon a strange Mail.app plugin called Attachment Scanner Plugin. It’s a very simple plugins that alerts when you send an email without attachments (when it thinks you’re referring to one). I just installed it and it works great, but I can’t find any method to insert the danish words for attachment, but I’ll look into that in the future.
In any case, the source code is there so it should be possible to look into it :)
